സഭാസ്വത്തു സംബന്ധമായ കേസ് ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധി വരുന്നത് വരെ ആ നടപടിക്ക് സ്റ്റേ നൽകരുതെന്നും തങ്ങളുടെ വാദവും ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പരമോന്നത കോടതി കേൾക്കണമെന്നും ഫാ .സെബാസ്റ്റ്യൻ വടക്കുമ്പാടൻ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിൽ ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ സമർപ്പിച്ച ഹർജിയിൽ പറയുന്നു.
മാർട്ടിൻ പയ്യപ്പള്ളിൽ എന്ന വിശ്വാസിയുടെ പേരിൽ വിമത സംഘടന സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിൽ കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തതിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ് സഭാതലവനുവേണ്ടി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിൽ തടസ്സഹർജി നൽകപ്പെട്ടത്

I think it is the first incident in the history of Kerala Catholic Church going to the Police Station advocates s or Courts s of Law . It is unfortunate and unwarranted and hurting the heart feelings of the believers who give full respect to the Clergy. It is a common thing in Jacobite /Orthodox churches going to the courts of law for matters regarding faith and church properties .It is considered as a curse. The disputes in Jacobite/orthodox churches started with the VATTIPANAM dispute between two fractions and it is still going on .
Now it has come to surface that there some cases of land acquisition or sale of properties and or reported misappropriation of church Fund (Koratti)
If the true spirit was there , then they should have settled the matter in the manner St Paul has given vide chapter 6 of 1st Letter of St. Pau lto the Corinthians It is not proper to go to the Gentiles to settle the dispute among the believers.
what happened has happened , now We all should do our best to come out of this shameful acts of the fraction of the Clergy and some Laity .Let the courts of law and Police take their action as per law of the Land but the believers including clergy and laity should pray, keep abstinence and fast to drive out the evil spirit out of our mind and out of the church. Remember the people Ninave . God will hear the true and sincere prayers and sacrifices LET US HOPE BEFORE PENTECOST THE MATTERS WILL BE SETTLED AMICABY WITHOUT A SPLIT OR BREAK IN THE CHURCH
